STRICT COURT ENFORCEMENT: NO RECORDING DEVICES, TAKING PICTURES, OR CELL PHONE USE IS ALLOWED IN THE COURTROOM. IT IS STRICTLY FORBIDEN. CELL PHONES MUST BE ON SILENCE.
